Built for the coast and designed to last, this project marks the successful delivery and installation of our latest custom-made beach waste and recycling stations across some of the most well-known beaches of the Protaras Riviera. Developed in collaboration with the Paralimni–Deryneia Municipality, the installations were completed at key coastal locations including Vryssi Beach, Konnos Beach, Agia Triada Beach, and Kapparis Beach.
Designed and custom-produced by Demades Design, these high-end fiberglass stations were created specifically for the demanding conditions of Mediterranean beachfront environments. Constant exposure to sun, heat, humidity, sand, and salt air requires materials and construction methods that can perform reliably over time.
Each unit was manufactured from marine-grade fiberglass, offering excellent resistance to UV exposure, corrosion, and coastal weather conditions while maintaining a clean, refined appearance.
The stations include dedicated compartments for general waste, PMD recycling, and paper recycling, supporting more efficient separation and encouraging responsible disposal by beach visitors. Their ergonomic, high-capacity structure makes them suitable for busy public spaces, while their modern form and carefully selected custom colours allow them to blend naturally into the surrounding beach landscape.
Beyond functionality, the project was designed to enhance the overall identity of the coastal environment. The stations contribute to a cleaner, more organized, and visually consistent beachfront experience, supporting the municipality’s efforts to upgrade public spaces while preserving the premium character of the Protaras Riviera.
